June and the Second Year of my Term

I cannot believe June is here, and the second year of my term has just flown by! I find myself thinking back about this past year and wondering where the time has gone. This coming year, CSI is trying something new! We are going to have co-presidents. I will be serving with Jan Lewis, and we both are looking forward to an exciting year. Our annual meeting is coming up and will be available both in person and on zoom. Please plan to join in and participate as needed to make sure we have a quorum to vote in our new Board of Governors.

We are back in shul for the High Holidays both in person and on zoom and plan to have our annual pre-Kol Nidre dinner. I need volunteers to help with any and all events, so please let me know if you are willing to help. Jen, Allison, Pam, and the rest of the Board of Education are busy trying to get our calendar in order for the year. I will be coordinating with them to plan family holiday celebrations and Shabbat dinners for the upcoming year. I hope we can get many more congregants to join in for these special events. We will be doing some programing this summer in coordination with Tisha B ’Av and planning some special Shabbat evenings. Please look out for them in the weekly emails or flyers coming your way.

I want to thank everyone who has helped make this year fly by! I know we will have a great year with amazing programming and services for the upcoming year.
